If you are starting from Bern's main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the direction of the city center. Follow the signs to the Zytglogge (Clock Tower), a famous landmark. As you walk, you will pass through Bahnhofplatz and then continue straight onto Kramgasse, a historic street lined with shops and cafes. Keep walking until you reach the Zytglogge.
