If you are starting from Bern main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 9 towards 'Gümligen'. The tram stop is located just outside the train station. Ride for about 6 minutes and get off at the 'Zytglogge' stop. From there, walk towards the Zytglogge clock tower, then take Kramgasse street, which leads you through the Old Town.
