If you are starting from Grindelwald train station, exit the station and head south on Bahnhofstrasse. Continue walking straight until you reach the first intersection. Turn right onto Dorfstrasse. Follow Dorfstrasse for about 500 meters until you see a sign for Kirchbühlstrasse. Turn left onto Kirchbühlstrasse and walk for about 300 meters. Hotel Gletscherblick will be on your left at Kirchbühlstrasse 14.
Bus

From Grindelwald train station, take bus number 121 towards Gletscherschlucht. Get off at the 'Kirchbühl' stop, which is just a short ride away. Once you exit the bus, walk back in the direction the bus came from for about 100 meters. Hotel Gletscherblick will be on your right at Kirchbühlstrasse 14.
