From Gstaad, head southeast on Route 11 towards Spiez. Continue driving for about 30 kilometers. As you approach Spiez, follow the signs for Faulensee. Once you reach Faulensee, look for parking options near Lake Thun, where you will find beautiful views and access to various walking paths.
Public Transportation
From Gstaad, take the train from Gstaad railway station to Spiez. You will need to change trains once at Zweisimmen. The entire journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Spiez station, transfer to the bus heading to Faulensee. The bus ride will take around 10 minutes. Get off at the stop named 'Faulensee,' which is close to the lake and various attractions.
