Walking
If you're starting from the Interlaken West railway station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Höheweg). Walk straight along Höheweg for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction where it meets the Aare River. From there, turn left onto the riverbank path and continue walking along the Aare, enjoying the scenic views. After approximately 500 meters, look for signs directing you towards Heimwehfluh. You will see a small path that leads uphill; follow this path until you reach the base of the Heimwehfluh Bahn.

From Interlaken West railway station, take bus number 21 towards 'Heimwehfluh'. The bus stop is located just outside the station. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes until you reach the 'Heimwehfluh' stop. Once you disembark, follow the signs that lead you to the Heimwehfluh Bahn entrance, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.
