From Interlaken Ost train station, take the train heading towards Lauterbrunnen. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Sundlauenen' stop. Once you exit the train station, walk towards the main road (Staatsstrasse) and head east for about 10 minutes until you reach St. Beatus-Höhlen.
