Train
From Interlaken Ost or Interlaken West train station, take a direct train to Bern. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Bern's main train station (Bern Bahnhof), exit the station and follow the signs towards the city center. Walk straight along Bahnhofplatz, then take the first left onto Spitalgasse. Continue walking until you reach Kramgasse. Turn right onto Kramgasse, and you will arrive at UNESCO - Bern Old Town at Kramgasse 40.
Bus
From Interlaken, you can take a bus to Bern. Board the PostBus service number 21 from the Interlaken Post office. The bus ride lasts about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Bern Central Station, exit the bus and head towards the city center. Walk straight to Bahnhofplatz, then turn left onto Spitalgasse. Continue until you reach Kramgasse, then turn right to find UNESCO - Bern Old Town at Kramgasse 40.
Bike
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike in Interlaken. Follow the marked bike paths towards Bern, which is approximately 35 kilometers away. The route takes you through beautiful landscapes. Once you arrive in Bern, park your bike at a bike rack near the city center. From there, walk to Kramgasse by heading towards the main train station, then follow Bahnhofplatz, turning left onto Spitalgasse and continuing to Kramgasse. Turn right to reach UNESCO - Bern Old Town at Kramgasse 40.
