Getting There

    If you are driving, start from Lauterbrunnen. Head southwest on the Main Road (Route 11) towards Stechelberg. After approximately 10 minutes (5 km), you'll reach the parking area for Trummelbach Waterfalls, located at Mösli 410, 3822 Lauterbrunnen. The parking lot may charge a fee of around CHF 5 for the day. Once parked, follow the signs to the waterfalls, which are about a 10-minute walk from the parking area.

  • Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, take a train from Interlaken Ost to Lauterbrunnen. This journey takes about 20 minutes. From Lauterbrunnen, catch the PostBus to Stechelberg, which runs frequently and takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the Trummelbach Falls stop. The falls are a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Note that the entry fee to the waterfalls is CHF 12 for adults and CHF 4 for children.

    For more adventurous travelers, you can hike to Trummelbach Waterfalls from Lauterbrunnen. The hike is approximately 4 km and takes about 1 hour. Head southwest from the Lauterbrunnen train station along the valley trail towards Stechelberg.
