Car
From any location in the Lake Geneva Region, head towards the A1 motorway. Take the A1 towards Bern. After approximately 45 minutes, merge onto the A6 towards Interlaken. Continue on the A6 for about 30 minutes until you reach the Meiringen exit (Exit 28). After exiting, follow the signs for Meiringen and then Reichenbachfall. The drive from the Lake Geneva Region to Reichenbachfall takes approximately 1.5 hours. There are parking facilities available near the Reichenbachfall area, and parking fees may apply.

If you prefer public transportation, start by taking a train from your nearest station in the Lake Geneva Region to Interlaken Ost. This journey may require a transfer, usually in Bern, and takes approximately 2-3 hours. Once you arrive at Interlaken Ost, transfer to a regional train to Meiringen (approximately 30 minutes). Upon arriving in Meiringen, follow the signs to the Reichenbachfall cable car station. The cable car ride will take you directly to the waterfall area. Note that the cable car operates seasonally, so check the schedule in advance.

You can also take a bus to Meiringen from cities such as Interlaken or Brienz. Check the SBB or local bus company schedules for routes that serve Meiringen. Once in Meiringen, you will need to walk to the Reichenbachfall cable car station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus station. The cable car will take you up to the falls.
