If you're starting from Lucerne's main train station (Bahnhof Luzern), exit the station and head towards the lakefront. Walk along the lake promenade towards the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Cross the Chapel Bridge and continue straight onto Weinmarkt square. From Weinmarkt, follow the signs towards the Old Town (Altstadt). Proceed through the narrow streets until you reach the intersection with Eisengasse. Turn right onto Eisengasse and walk for about 200 meters. Fontanna will be on your left at Eisengasse 14.

From Lucerne's main train station (Bahnhof Luzern), take bus number 1 or 2 from the bus terminal located just outside the station. Ride the bus for 2 stops and get off at 'Zentralstrasse'. From there, head south toward the Old Town (Altstadt). Follow the signs for Altstadt and walk through the streets until you reach Eisengasse.
