Getting There

  • Walking

    If you're starting from Lucerne's main train station (Luzern Bahnhof), exit the station and head towards the lakefront. Follow the lake promenade (Seepromenade) to the left (west) for about 1.5 kilometers. You'll pass by beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade, then turn right onto Haldenstrasse. The Swiss Museum of Transport will be on your left at Haldenstrasse 44.
