If you are anywhere in Lucerne, you can easily walk to the Tourist Information Luzern located at Zentralstrasse 5. Start by heading towards the main square, the Weinmarkt, which is often a central point for tourists. From there, find the nearest street that leads to the Reuss River and walk towards the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Once you reach the Chapel Bridge, cross it and continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with Zentralstrasse. Turn left onto Zentralstrasse, and you will find the Tourist Information center on your left at number 5. It's roughly a 10-15 minute walk from the Chapel Bridge.
