Getting There

• Walking

  If you are anywhere in Lucerne, you can easily walk to the Tourist Information Luzern located at Zentralstrasse 5. Start by heading towards the main square, the Weinmarkt, which is often a central point for tourists. From there, find the nearest street that leads to the Reuss River and walk towards the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Once you reach the Chapel Bridge, cross it and continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with Zentralstrasse. Turn left onto Zentralstrasse, and you will find the Tourist Information center on your left at number 5. It's roughly a 10-15 minute walk from the Chapel Bridge.

• Public Transport - Bus

  To reach the Tourist Information Luzern by bus, head to the nearest bus station, which could be Lucerne Bahnhof or any nearby stop. Look for bus lines 1, 2, or 3, which all have stops at the 'Zentralplatz' station. Once you arrive at Zentralplatz, exit the bus and walk along Zentralstrasse. The Tourist Information center is just a short walk away, located at number 5. The whole journey should take around 15-20 minutes, depending on your starting point.

• Public Transport - Train

  If you are coming from Lucerne train station (Bahnhof Luzern), exit the station and follow the signs to the bus terminal. Take any bus that goes to 'Zentralplatz' (as mentioned before, buses 1, 2, or 3 are good options). After getting off at Zentralplatz, walk along Zentralstrasse for about 5 minutes, and you will reach the Tourist Information Luzern at Zentralstrasse 5. This journey should take around 10-15 minutes in total.
