From there, find the nearest street that leads to the Reuss River and walk towards the Chapel Bridge (Kapellbrücke). Once you reach the Chapel Bridge, cross it and continue straight until you reach the traffic lights at the intersection with Zentralstrasse. Turn left onto Zentralstrasse, and you will find the Tourist Information center on your left at number 5. It's roughly a 10-15 minute walk from the Chapel Bridge.
Public Transport - Bus
To reach the Tourist Information Luzern by bus, head to the nearest bus station, which could be Lucerne Bahnhof or any nearby stop. Look for bus lines 1, 2, or 3, which all have stops at the 'Zentralplatz' station. Once you arrive at Zentralplatz, exit the bus and walk along Zentralstrasse.
