Train
From Lucerne train station (Luzern Bahnhof), take a train towards Engelberg. This train will take you through beautiful mountain scenery. Get off at the 'Wolfenschiessen' station. Once you exit the station, you will need to walk approximately 30 minutes to reach Trübsee. Head south on the main road (Alte Bahnhofstrasse) and follow the signs pointing towards Trübsee. The path will take you through the charming village of Wolfenschiessen.

Bus
From Lucerne, take the postbus from the Lucerne bus station (next to the train station) towards Engelberg. Look for the bus number that goes to Wolfenschiessen. Once you arrive at the Wolfenschiessen bus stop, you will need to walk to Trübsee. Follow the main road south, and after about 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Trübsee.

If you enjoy hiking, you can start from Lucerne. Take a train to Engelberg and from there, follow the marked hiking trails towards Trübsee. This hike will take approximately 2-3 hours and offers stunning views of the mountains and lakes along the way. Make sure to wear good hiking shoes and bring water and snacks.
