From Lucerne train station (Luzern Bahnhof), take a train towards Zürich HB. Make sure to check the schedule for the next train; trains run frequently. Get off at Horgen station, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. Once you arrive at Horgen, exit the station and walk towards the lake (Zürichsee). It’s about a 15-minute walk. Follow the signs towards the lakefront, and you will see Hirsackerstrasse. Walk along the lakeside promenade until you reach Hirsackerstrasse 34, where the Zürichsee-Fähre Horgen-Meilen AG is located.

From Lucerne, head to the nearest bus stop and take Bus Line 1 towards Kriens, then transfer at the Kriens, Bahnhof stop to Bus Line 4 towards Horgen, Bahnhof. Get off at Horgen, Bahnhof, which should take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Horgen, walk towards the lake (Zürichsee). It’s about a 15-minute walk. Follow the lakeside promenade until you reach Hirsackerstrasse. The Zürichsee-Fähre Horgen-Meilen AG is located at Hirsackerstrasse 34.

Ferry
If you're near the lake, you can also take a ferry from Lucerne to Horgen. Head to the Lucerne ferry terminal (Luzern Schiffstation), which is right by the lake near the train station. Board the ferry heading towards Horgen. The ferry ride offers beautiful views and takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Horgen ferry terminal, walk along the lakeside promenade towards Hirsackerstrasse. It is about a 10-minute walk to Hirsackerstrasse 34, where the Zürichsee-Fähre Horgen-Meilen AG is located.
