From Chapel Bridge, head east towards the lake. As you exit the bridge, turn left onto Weinmarkt. Continue straight on Weinmarkt until you reach the junction with Rathausquai. Turn right onto Rathausquai, and you will find your destination at Rathausquai 9.

Public Transport (Bus)
If you are further away in the Chapel Bridge area, you can take bus line 1 or 2 from the nearest bus stop, which is around 5 minutes from the bridge. Board the bus heading to 'Luzern, Bahnhof' and get off at 'Luzern, Rathaus'. From the bus stop, walk straight down Rathausquai, and your destination will be on your left at Rathausquai 9. A single bus ride costs approximately CHF 3.00.
