From the Swiss National Bank (Banque Nationale Suisse) located in the city center, walk along Via Giuseppe Mazzini towards the railway station. Once you reach the station, exit through the main entrance. 'I love Lugano' is located directly outside the station at Lugano-Centrale, 6900 Lugano.
