From central Schaffhausen, head southeast on Vordergasse toward Grabenstrasse. Merge onto A4 highway and follow the signs for Neuhausen am Rheinfall. Take exit 2-Neuhausen am Rheinfall and continue on the main road (Bahnhofstrasse) until you reach the intersection with Charlottenweg. Turn right onto Charlottenweg, and the Moser Familienmuseum Charlottenfels will be on your left at Charlottenweg 2. Note that there may be limited parking available near the museum.

Start at Schaffhausen train station (Bahnhof Schaffhausen). Take the S-Bahn line S12 towards Neuhausen am Rheinfall. The journey takes about 10 minutes. Get off at Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Bahnhof. From there, you can either walk for about 20 minutes or take bus number 6 towards 'Hochwacht' and get off at the stop 'Charlottenfels'. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the local bus schedules for any required transfers and note that a single-ride ticket costs approximately CHF 2.50.
