After parking, head east on Bahnhofstrasse, then turn left onto Klosterhof, and you will find Charles' Gate directly ahead.

To reach Charles' Gate by public transport, take any local bus that stops at 'St. Gallen, Bahnhof' (the main train station). From there, you can either walk (approximately 15 minutes) or take tram line 1 or 5 towards 'Riethüsli' or 'Säntispark', alighting at 'St. Gallen, Klosterhof'. After getting off, walk a short distance down Klosterhof street, and you will see Charles' Gate on your right.
