Car
If you're driving, head towards Hérémence from your current location in Valais. The most common route is to take the A9 highway and exit at Sion. From Sion, follow the signs for Hérémence (Route de la Grande-Dixence). After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach the Barrage de la Grande-Dixence where AlpinLine is located. Parking is available near the dam, but make sure to check for any parking fees that may apply.

To reach AlpinLine via public transportation, take a train to Sion. From Sion, transfer to bus line 341 towards Hérémence. The bus will take you directly to the Barrage de la Grande-Dixence. Make sure to check the current bus timetable online as services may vary seasonally. The total cost for the bus ride is approximately CHF 5-10, depending on your starting point and the ticket type.

Once you arrive at the Barrage de la Grande-Dixence, AlpinLine is located a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs towards AlpinLine, which will take you along a scenic pathway. The walk is about 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.
