If you are driving, head towards Zermatt. Use the A9 motorway and follow the signs for Visp. From Visp, take the road to Zermatt. Note that Zermatt is a car-free village, so you will need to park your car at the Täsch parking lot. From there, take the shuttle train (Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn) to Zermatt station. Once in Zermatt, walk towards Kirchpl. The Pfarrkirche St. Mauritius is located in the heart of Zermatt, just a short 5-minute walk from the station.
Public Transportation
To reach Zermatt by public transportation, start by taking a train to Visp. There are regular connections from major cities like Geneva and Zurich. Once you arrive at Visp, transfer to the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn train, which will take you directly to Zermatt. After you arrive at Zermatt station, exit the station and walk straight towards Kirchpl. The Pfarrkirche St. Mauritius is about a 5-minute walk from the station, located in the town center.
