If you are driving, head towards Veytaux from your starting point in Vaud. Take the A9 highway towards Montreux. Once you reach Montreux, take exit 64-Montreux and continue on Route de la Léman. Follow the signs for Chillon Castle. After about 5 minutes, you will see the signs for Av. de Chillon. Turn right onto Av. de Chillon, and you will find Chillon Castle on your left. There is parking available near the castle.

To reach Chillon Castle by train, first head to the Montreux train station. You can take a train from any major station in Vaud to Montreux, which is well connected. Once you arrive at Montreux station, exit and walk towards the lakefront. Follow the signs for Chillon Castle along the promenade. It's about a 30-minute walk along the scenic lakeside path to the castle. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Montreux station that heads towards Chillon; the bus stop is right outside the station.
