Getting There

    From Verbier, head southeast on Route de Verbier towards Route de la Station. Continue on Route de la Station until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Route de la Tzoumaz (Route 196). Continue on Route 196, and then merge onto Route 19 towards Sion. Follow Route 19 until you reach the exit for Hérémence. Continue on Route 21, then follow the signs for Barrage de la Grande Dixence. The dam is located at Barrage de la Grande Dixence, 1987 Hérémence. Note that there may be parking fees at the dam.
