Walking
If you are in the center of Vevey, start at the Vevey Train Station. Exit the station and head east on Avenue du Général-Guisan. Continue straight for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Rue du Mont. Turn left onto Rue du Mont and walk for another 200 meters, where you will see the beautiful waterfront along Lake Geneva. Follow the lakeside promenade, known as the Quais, for about 1 kilometer. As you walk, enjoy the stunning views of the lake and the mountains. After approximately 15 minutes, keep an eye out for the Charlie Chaplin Statue, which is located at the end of the promenade near the Parc Verdaine. The statue is easily recognizable and is a great photo opportunity.
Public Transport
From Vevey Train Station, you can take a local bus to get closer to the Charlie Chaplin Statue. Board bus line 1 or 2 (check the schedule at the station for current times). After a short ride of about 5 minutes, get off at the stop called 'Vevey, Place de la Gare'. Once you get off the bus, walk straight towards the lakeside promenade, which is just a few steps away. Turn right and walk along the promenade for about 600 meters. The Charlie Chaplin Statue will be on your left side, situated near the Parc Verdaine.
