From the Zermatt train station, exit the station and head towards the main street, Bahnhofstrasse. Walk down Bahnhofstrasse for about 10 minutes, passing by various shops and restaurants. When you reach the end of Bahnhofstrasse, turn left onto Bodmenstrasse. Continue walking for approximately 3 minutes, and you will find Zermatt Paragliding located at Bodmenstrasse 3 on your right.
