Tram
If you are starting from Zürich Hauptbahnhof (Zürich HB), take tram line 4 or 6 from the main station. Board the tram in the direction of 'Tiefenbrunnen' (for line 4) or 'Leimbach' (for line 6). After about 5 stops, get off at 'Bellevue'. From Bellevue, walk towards the lake and follow the path along the water until you reach Limmatquai, which is just a short walk away.
Bus
From Zürich HB, you can also take bus number 33, which departs from right outside the main train station. Ride the bus for 4 stops and disembark at 'Burkliplatz'. Once you get off, you will be facing the lake. Walk along the lakeshore towards the left to reach Limmatquai.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, simply head southwest from Zürich HB. Walk down Bahnhofstrasse until you reach Paradeplatz. Continue walking straight until you reach the lake at Burkliplatz. From there, walk along the promenade by the lake to your left until you arrive at Limmatquai.
