A short stop may take only 15 to 30 minutes if you are simply looking around and taking photos. If you have time to sit in the foyer or use the campus restaurant, the visit can stretch to an hour or more, but it remains a compact, purpose-driven place.

Public transport is the simplest approach. From Zürich main station, tram connections make the trip quick, usually around 10 to 20 minutes including the walk from the stop. The area is also reachable from other central districts if you are already on the university side of town. Taxis and rideshares can use the street address directly, while parking is possible but less convenient than transit. Expect indoor and outdoor movement, some slope, and a campus environment that can feel busy during term time and much quieter outside office hours.
