From the center of Dushanbe, head to the main bus station, which is located at 'Tsentral'nyy Avtovokzal' (Central Bus Station). You can take a taxi or walk for about 20 minutes if you're near the city center. Once at the bus station, look for buses heading to Hisor (Hissar). The bus ride usually takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Hisor bus station, you can either take a local taxi or walk towards Hisor Fortress, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus station. Just head northwest, following signs towards the fortress.
