Bus
From the center of Dushanbe, head to the main bus station, which is located on the corner of Rudaki Avenue and Mayakovsky Street. Look for buses heading to Hisor (Hissar). The bus ride should take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Hisor, ask the driver to drop you off near Hisor Fortress, as it is a well-known landmark.
