Walking
If you are in the center of Istaravshan, head north on the main street towards the bus station. Walk until you reach the intersection with the main road (M34). Turn left onto M34 and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see signs directing you to Khujand. After about 10 minutes of walking, look for local marshrutkas (shared taxis) heading towards Khujand. Board one of these marshrutkas, which will take you to Khujand. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes.

Public Transport
Once you arrive at Khujand bus station, exit the station and walk towards the main road. From here, take a local taxi or marshrutka towards the city center. Ask the driver to drop you off near the Sughd Region Museum, located at Крепость, кӯчаи Академикҳо Раҷабовҳо 53. This is a well-known landmark, so drivers will be familiar with it. The journey from the bus station to the museum should take about 10-15 minutes.

Upon reaching the Sughd Region Museum, you can enjoy the historical exhibits and beautiful architecture. Make sure to check the opening hours before you visit; the museum is open Sunday and Tuesday to Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM. Note that it is closed on Mondays.
