If you are in the center of Istaravshan, head north on the main street towards the bus station. Walk until you reach the intersection with the main road (M34). Turn left onto M34 and continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer. You will see signs directing you to Khujand. After about 10 minutes of walking, look for local marshrutkas (shared taxis) heading towards Khujand. Board one of these marshrutkas, which will take you to Khujand. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes.
