Walking
If you are starting from the Khujand Central Market, head east on Olimov Street toward the main road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rukhiyati Street. Turn right onto Rukhiyati Street and follow it until you reach the main road (A376). Cross over to the left side of the road and continue straight. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will see Sir-darya Street on your left. Turn left onto Sir-darya Street, and walk straight for about 5 minutes. The Parliament Palace Hotel will be on your right at Sir-darya Street 28.

From the Khujand Central Bus Station, take a local bus heading towards the city center. You want to look for buses with 'Sir-darya' on their route. Ride the bus until you reach the stop near the Khujand Central Market. From there, disembark and walk to Olimov Street. Continue walking as directed in the walking guidance above, until you reach Sir-darya Street. The hotel will be on your right at Sir-darya Street 28.
