Walking
From the central area of Khujand, head east towards the main square (Maydoni Khujand). Walk down the main street, Prospekt Shahidov, for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Abay Street. Turn right onto Abay Street and continue straight for another 500 meters. You will see a large park on your left; continue walking until you reach the entrance of the Sughd Region Museum, located at Крепость, кӯчаи Академикҳо Раҷабовҳо 53. The museum is situated near the fortress and should be easily visible.

From your location, find the nearest bus stop. Board a bus that heads towards the center of Khujand. You can ask locals for the bus numbers that stop near the Maydoni Khujand. Once you reach the main square, disembark and follow the walking direction mentioned previously, heading east on Prospekt Shahidov, turning right onto Abay Street, and proceeding to the museum at Крепость, кӯчаи Академикҳо Раҷабовҳо 53.
