    Getting There

    By Air

    You can book a flight from Dar es Salaam or Arusha to Katavi airstrip, which is the closest airstrip to Katavi Wildlife Camp. From the airstrip, you can arrange for a transfer to the camp, which is approximately a 2-hour drive away.

    By Car

    If you are traveling by car, you can drive to Katavi Wildlife Camp from Mbeya. The journey will take approximately 8-10 hours, depending on road conditions. From Mbeya, follow the signs towards Sumbawanga and then onto Mpanda. Once in Mpanda, continue towards Katavi National Park and follow the signs to the camp.

    Public Transportation

    If you prefer to use public transportation, you can take a bus from Mbeya to Mpanda. From Mpanda, you can hire a local taxi or arrange for a transfer to Katavi Wildlife Camp. The journey from Mpanda to the camp will take around 4-5 hours.
