Start your journey at the central bus station in Iringa, located near the city center. From the bus station, head south on Kihesa Road. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the T-junction. At the junction, turn left onto Mkwawa Road and walk for about 800 meters. You will pass local shops and eateries along the way. After reaching the end of Mkwawa Road, turn right onto a dirt path that leads towards the Igeleke area. Follow this path for about 1 kilometer until you see signage for Igeleke Rock Art on your right. The rock art site is located a short distance from this sign, accessible by a small trail.

Rent a bicycle from one of the shops in central Iringa. Begin your ride at the main square and head south on Kihesa Road. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Mkwawa Road. Continue riding for approximately 800 meters until you reach the T-junction. Take a right at the junction and follow the dirt road leading to Igeleke Rock Art, which is about 1 kilometer away. The path is bumpy, so be cautious while riding. Look for the signage indicating the rock art site.

Find a local Boda Boda (motorcycle taxi) at the designated taxi stands in Iringa. Inform the driver that you want to go to Igeleke Rock Art. The driver will take you along Kihesa Road, and then onto Mkwawa Road. The ride should take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The Boda Boda will drop you off at the closest point to the rock art site, and from there, it is a short walk (about 10 minutes) on a trail to the actual site.
