From Lake Manyara National Park, drive south on the A104 towards Mto wa Mbu. Continue on the A104 for about 15 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Isoitok Camp Manyara. Follow the signs and dirt road for another 5 kilometers until you reach the camp.

From Lake Manyara National Park, take a local minibus (dala-dala) heading towards Mto wa Mbu. Ask the driver to drop you off at the turn-off for Isoitok Camp Manyara on the A104. From there, you can either walk or arrange for a local taxi to take you the remaining 5 kilometers to the camp.
