From the center of Iyela, head southeast on the main road, which is known as Iyela Road. Continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach a junction. At this junction, take a left turn onto a smaller road. Keep walking for another 300 meters, and you will see a sign for Iyera on your right. Follow the path indicated by the sign, and you will arrive at Iyera, located at coordinates 3F96+JF6, Mbeya.
