If you are driving from Arusha, take the A104 road heading towards Moshi. Continue on the A104 for approximately 66 kilometers until you reach the junction with the A1 road. Take the A1 road towards Dar es Salaam. After about 500 kilometers, follow signs for the ferry terminal to Zanzibar. After arriving at Zanzibar, drive towards Stone Town. Once in Stone Town, head to Soko Ya Mohogo, which is located near Maru Maru Hotel. Parking is available in the vicinity, but be mindful of local parking regulations.

From Arusha, take a bus to Dar es Salaam. This journey will take approximately 10-12 hours. Once you arrive at the bus terminal in Dar es Salaam, you will need to take a taxi to the ferry terminal. The taxi ride should cost around 10,000 TZS to 20,000 TZS (about $4-$8). After arriving at the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for the ferry to Zanzibar. The ferry ride takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Zanzibar, you can take a taxi or a local dala-dala (minibus) to Stone Town. Ask the driver to drop you off near Maru Maru Hotel, from where you can walk to Soko Ya Mohogo.
