Once you reach Karatu, continue on the B144 until you reach the junction for the Serengeti National Park entrance. Be prepared for an entrance fee to Serengeti National Park, which is approximately $60 per person (prices may vary). After paying, follow the signs into the park. The drive from the entrance to various wildlife viewing areas can take another 1 to 2 hours.
