Getting There

    If you are driving from Stone Town, head east on the A1 road towards Chukwani. Continue on A1 for approximately 14 kilometers until you reach the junction for the B8 road. Take the B8 road towards Kizimkazi and continue straight for about 3 kilometers. Look for signs for Tunguu, and turn left onto the road leading into Tunguu. After about 1 kilometer, you will arrive at Bookings Central located at Tunguu 1991 on your right.

    From Stone Town, you can take a Dala Dala (public minibus) heading to Kizimkazi. Board the Dala Dala from the main bus station in Stone Town. The fare is usually around 1,500 TZS. Inform the driver that you are going to Tunguu. After approximately 30 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at Tunguu. From the drop-off point, walk about 1 kilometer down the road and you will find Bookings Central at Tunguu 1991 on your right.
