After approximately 60 miles, take exit 288 for US-70S W towards Dickson. Continue on US-70S W for about 40 miles until you reach the junction with TN-56 N. Turn left onto TN-56 N and follow this road for about 20 miles. When you reach Rock Island, turn left onto Beach Rd. The park entrance will be on your right at 82 Beach Rd, Rock Island, TN 38581. There is no entry fee for the park, but be sure to check for any camping fees if you plan to stay overnight.
