From the center of Duck River Valley, head southeast on Highway 11 (also known as the Andrew Johnson Highway). Continue for approximately 20 miles until you reach Greeneville, TN. Once in Greeneville, take a right onto Highway 321 (also known as the Greenville Bypass) and follow it for about 5 miles. Look for the signs indicating Margarette Falls Trail. Turn left onto Margarette Falls Road and continue for another mile until you reach the parking area for the trailhead.
