To reach Jackson Falls from any central location in Franklin, take the Franklin Transit bus route that heads toward Columbia. Board the bus at the Franklin Transit Center. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Natchez Trace Parkway exit. From the bus stop, you will have to walk approximately 1.5 miles along Natchez Trace Parkway to reach Jackson Falls. Follow the road signs towards the falls, and you will see the parking area and trailhead on your left.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike rental shops in Franklin. Start at the Franklin Square and head north on 5th Avenue N until you reach the Natchez Trace Parkway. Turn left onto Natchez Trace Parkway and follow the bike path for about 3 miles. Jackson Falls will be on your right; look for the signs indicating the entrance to the falls.

For those who enjoy walking, you can start from downtown Franklin. Head south on Main Street until you reach 5th Avenue N. Turn left and walk until you reach the Natchez Trace Parkway. This walk is approximately 4 miles and takes about 1 hour. Once you reach the Parkway, turn right and continue walking for about 1.5 miles until you see the entrance to Jackson Falls on your left.
