Walking
Starting from the Gatlinburg Welcome Center located at 115 Historic Nature Trail, head southeast on Historic Nature Trail until you reach the Parkway. Turn right onto the Parkway and continue walking south. As you walk, you'll pass various shops and attractions. Keep an eye out for the sign for Ober Gatlinburg on your left. After about a 15-minute walk, you will arrive at Ober Mountain Tramway Mall, located at 1001 Parkway #2, Gatlinburg, TN 37738.

Public Transport (Shuttle)
If you're near the Gatlinburg Convention Center, you can catch the Gatlinburg Trolley that runs frequently throughout the city. Board the trolley heading towards the 'Ober Gatlinburg' route. The trolley will take you directly to the Ober Mountain Tramway Mall. It’s a scenic ride and should take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive, the tramway entrance will be right in front of you.
