    To reach the Mississippi River Park at 51 Riverside Dr, Memphis, TN 38103 from Germantown, start at the Germantown Transit Center located at 1800 Exeter Rd, Germantown, TN 38138. Take Bus Route 34 towards Downtown Memphis. The bus should take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop at Main St and Jefferson Ave, which is close to the riverfront. From there, walk south on Main St towards the river, and follow the path that leads to the park entrance, which is well-marked.

  • Bicycle

    You can rent a bike from a local rental shop in Germantown. Start at the Germantown Greenway, heading towards the Wolf River Greenway. Follow the greenway south until you reach the Memphis area. Once you are in Memphis, continue towards the Mississippi River. The ride should take about 45-60 minutes, depending on your pace. Look for signs directing you to the riverfront and Mississippi River Park.

    If you’re feeling adventurous and want to explore on foot, start at the Germantown Library located at 1929 Exeter Rd, Germantown, TN 38138. Head south on Exeter Rd until you reach Poplar Ave. Turn left on Poplar Ave and continue walking until you reach the intersection with S Germantown Rd. Cross over to the south side and follow it until you arrive at the Germantown Transit Center. From there, you can take Bus Route 34 as previously mentioned. This walking route is approximately 2 miles and will take about 30-35 minutes.
