Set Sail on the Mighty Mississippi: Memphis Riverboats

Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in downtown Memphis, you can easily walk to the Memphis Riverboats located at 45 Riverside Drive. Start at the intersection of Beale Street and Main Street. Head south on Main Street until you reach the Mississippi River. Once you arrive at the riverfront, turn left and walk west along the river until you see the Memphis Riverboats. It should take about 15-20 minutes on foot.

• Public Transit (Bus)

  For public transit, you can catch the Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) bus. Look for Route 2 (Main Street) and board the bus heading south. You can get on at any MATA bus stop along Main Street. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Main St and Riverside Dr. From there, walk west along Riverside Drive for about 5 minutes, and you will reach the Memphis Riverboats at 45 Riverside Drive.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer to ride a bike, you can rent one from a local bike-sharing service available around downtown Memphis. Start from any bike station and head towards the riverfront. Follow the bike lanes along the river until you reach Riverside Drive. Turn left, and you will arrive at the Memphis Riverboats in about 10-15 minutes, depending on your starting point.
