Begin at the Germantown Athletic Club located at 1801 Exeter Rd, Germantown, TN 38138. Exit the club and head north on Exeter Road for about 0.3 miles. Take a right onto Poplar Avenue and bike west for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn left onto Kimbrough Road and continue biking south for about 0.7 miles. You will arrive at the intersection of Kimbrough Road and Wolf River Boulevard, where Riverwoods State Natural Area is located.

From Germantown, take the Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) bus. Board the bus at the nearest stop on Poplar Avenue heading towards Memphis. Get off at the stop near Kimbrough Road.
