From downtown Johnson City, head to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of E Main St and S Roan St. Catch the Johnson City Transit bus route 15, which heads towards Kingsport. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Clinchfield St. From there, walk approximately 5 minutes to the west along Clinchfield St, and you will find the Kingsport Carousel & Park at 350 Clinchfield St, Kingsport, TN 37660.

Bicycle
If you are comfortable riding a bicycle, you can rent one from a local bike shop in Johnson City.
