If you are near the downtown area of Johnson City, you can catch a bus operated by Johnson City Transit. Look for Route 1, which travels towards the vicinity of Willow Springs Park. Board the bus and ride until you reach the stop closest to Huffine Road. From there, walk east towards Huffine Road, and the park entrance will be on your left at 1201 Huffine Rd. The bus operates with a frequency of about every 30 minutes.

Bicycle
Cycling to Willow Springs Park is a great way to enjoy the outdoors. Start from downtown Johnson City and head west on W Walnut St. Continue straight as it becomes E Main St. After about a mile, turn left onto S Roan St and continue until you reach the intersection with Huffine Rd. Turn right onto Huffine Rd, and the park will be on your right at 1201 Huffine Rd. The total distance is approximately 2.5 miles, and there are bike lanes along most of the route.

If you're in the downtown area and prefer to walk, head west on W Walnut St. Continue straight until you reach S Roan St, then turn left. Walk along S Roan St until you reach the intersection with Huffine Rd, and turn right. Continue walking on Huffine Rd, and you will find Willow Springs Park on your right at 1201 Huffine Rd. The walk is about 2.5 miles and will take approximately 50 minutes depending on your pace.
