You will cross the intersection with S Sycamore St. Continue straight, and after about 0.2 miles, you will reach the Johnson City Public Library on your right. From the library, take a right onto S. Pine St. and continue for another 0.3 miles until you reach E. Walnut St. Turn left onto E. Walnut St. and walk for about 0.4 miles. After crossing the bridge, you will come to a bus stop. The Veterans Monument is located at 400 E. Elk Ave, Elizabethton, TN 37643, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.
