If you're already in Downtown Knoxville, Market Square is very accessible by foot. Start at the Knoxville Convention Center located at 701 Henley St. Head northwest on Henley St towards W Summit Hill Dr. Turn left onto W Summit Hill Dr, and walk for about two blocks until you reach S Gay St. Turn right onto S Gay St and continue for about three blocks. Market Square will be on your left at 18 Market Square, Knoxville, TN 37902. This walk should take around 10-15 minutes.

Public Transit - Trolley
You can also take the Knoxville Trolley to reach Market Square. Locate the nearest trolley stop; the KAT (Knoxville Area Transit) Trolley typically runs every 30 minutes. Board the trolley heading towards the 'Downtown' route. Get off at the 'Market Square' stop. The fare is $1.00 per ride, and you can pay the driver directly. Market Square will be right in front of you as you exit the trolley.

The most direct route from locations like the Knoxville Museum of Art is to ride south on the bike lane along S Gay St. It’s about a 5-minute ride, and you can lock your bike at one of the bike racks available at Market Square.
