If you are in downtown Knoxville, start at the Knoxville Convention Center located at 701 Henley St, Knoxville, TN 37902. From there, head south on Henley St toward W Church Ave. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles. You will pass by the Tennessee Theatre on your left. As you reach the intersection with W Main St, take a left onto W Main St. Continue for another 0.2 miles until you reach the intersection with S Gay St. Take a right onto S Gay St and walk about 0.1 miles. The Ivan Racheff House will be located at the corner of S Gay St and W Summit Hill Dr.
