From Market Square, head south on Market St towards Union Ave. Continue straight for about 0.2 miles until you reach the intersection with S Gay St. Turn left onto S Gay St. The Visit Knoxville Visitors Center will be on your right at 301 S Gay St, just a short walk away.

Public Transit (Trolley)
If you prefer not to walk, you can take the Knoxville Trolley. Locate the nearest trolley stop on Market Square. Board the Downtown Knoxville Trolley, which is free to ride. Stay on for one stop and disembark at the Gay St stop. Walk north on S Gay St for about 0.1 miles to reach the Visit Knoxville Visitors Center at 301 S Gay St.
